ENROLMENT
Note that your Prep student needs to turn 5 years old by 30 April in their first year of Primary School to be eligible for enrolment.

How to Enrol:
You will need to complete an Enrolment Application form. You can collect this form from the School office or upload using the button at the top right of this page.

The Enrolment Application should be completed and returned to school with the following documents:

Birth Certificate
-
Immunisation Certificate
-
Proof Of Address documents
eg. Drivers Licence , Lease Agreement and 2 utility bills - gas / electricity. -
Evidence Of Residency Status
Only if child was born overseas (Passport And Visa Details) -
Visa and Passports
Only if either parent was born overseas
Other information you will need to provide on the enrolment form include:

Parents home, mobile and work phone numbers

Medicare number
-
Contact details for your family doctor
-
Contact details of emergency contacts (other than parents)
-
Copies of any reports or information from previous school, or relevant outside agency (eg, therapist)
